Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading all sales teams, driving monthly revenue targets, managing managers and consultants, and strengthening client relationships. This role requires a strong leader with deep UAE real estate experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-pressure sales environments.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead the full sales department including Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
- Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure daily follow-ups.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Create a high-performance culture with discipline, motivation, and accountability.
- Develop training module for sales agents
2. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Build monthly, quarterly and annual revenue plans aligned with company goals.
- Monitor team KPIs: calls, meetings, site visits, bookings, collections, and closings.
- Ensure sales conversion targets are consistently met across all teams.
- Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and volume.
3. Strategy & Process Improvement
- Develop and refine the company’s sales strategy for off-plan and ready properties.
- Improve sales scripts, client pitch styles, negotiation techniques, and closing frameworks.
- Ensure CRM (lead routing, follow-up stages, tagging, reporting) is used properly.
- Identify gaps in workflow and enforce sales discipline and reporting accuracy.
4. Developer Relations & Project Knowledge
- Maintain strong relationships with developers including Aldar, Emaar, RAK Properties, Mered, etc.
- Ensure the team is trained on new projects, payment plans, incentives, and launch details.
- Attend launches, events, broker meetings, and training sessions.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Oversee key client interactions for high-value investors.
- Resolve escalated client issues and ensure smooth transaction flow with Operations.
- Ensure after-sales processes are followed professionally.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for top management.
- Track team productivity, lead conversion, revenue, and developer commissions.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 6–10 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi & Dubai off-plan market.
