We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in retail operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple retail outlets and driving overall sales performance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily retail sales operations across multiple branches (UAE & Global)

• Drive sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth

• Supervise, train, and motivate sales teams across outlets

• Monitor store performance, KPIs, and customer experience

• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions

• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

• Handle customer escalations and maintain service excellence

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry (mandatory)

• Experience managing multiple retail outlets

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• UAE experience preferred

• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure

• Flexibility to travel across GCC and international markets as required

• Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred due to business requirements
