Description:
Kingston Management Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth in the luxury building materials sector in Dubai. This is a high-impact role focused on premium, design-led projects within the construction and interior design industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing specifications, managing key client relationships, and converting high-value project opportunities into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by securing product specifications and converting high-value project orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and Tier-1 interior designers
• Identify and monitor upcoming projects at the early design and planning stage
• Deliver technical presentations to effectively position premium building materials
• Manage the complete sales cycle from specification stage to final project delivery
• Develop and expand a strong professional network within the UAE construction and design sector
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury building materials sales
• Strong professional network within the UAE design and construction industry
• Ability to read architectural drawings and provide technical solutions
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
