A leading UAE corporate services business is looking for a Sales Manager who can lead, inspire, and deliver. This is a high-impact role with serious earning potential, leading a large sales floor in one of Dubai's most fast-moving commercial environments.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll own the performance, culture, and output of a large sales and support team operating around the clock. You'll set the standard, drive the numbers, and develop the people who deliver them.

What You'll Own\

Lead the team

• Run a 40-person sales and support operation across a 24/7 shift environment
• Build a high-performance, high-accountability culture
• Hire, coach, and develop top sales talent
• Run sharp 1:1s, performance reviews, and pipeline sessions
• Set the bar — and hold the line on performance standards

Drive the numbers

• Smash monthly and annual revenue targets
• Own the KPIs: application volumes, revenue, gross profit, conversion, response times
• Optimise the funnel and tighten the pipeline
• Deliver clean, data-led reporting and forecasting

What You'll Bring

• 6–8+ years in sales, with a proven track record of beating targets
• Strong sales leadership experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated success leading large teams (20+) in a 24/7 operation
• Sharp commercial instincts and confident decision-making
• Hands-on coaching, training, and team development experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Master's a plus)
• Fluent English
