Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors across the UAE
- Drive sales performance through the channel to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners to expand market reach
- Build joint go-to-market plans with partners, including pipeline development and deal registration
- Deliver product training, sales enablement, and ongoing partner support
- Monitor partner performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and incentive programmes with partners
- Collaborate with marketing on co-branded campaigns and partner-led demand generation
- Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the IT hardware space
- Represent the brand at industry events, partner meetings, and trade shows
What we're looking for
- 1–8 years of channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales experience
- Background in IT hardware and equipment (servers, networking, storage, end-user computing, or similar)
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident communicator able to build trust with partners at all levels
- Self-starter with strong organisation and pipeline discipline
- Knowledge of the UAE IT distribution landscape is highly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus
