Sales Manager

Smart Auto Accessories Fittings LLC is expanding its sales team and is currently seeking two motivated and results-oriented Sales Managers to join its operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have a strong ability to build lasting customer relationships while driving business growth.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting a range of premium automotive products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base

• Identify and engage potential corporate and retail clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Promote automotive products and services to prospective clients

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities

• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with customers

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Existing network within the automotive industry is an advantage

• UAE driving license preferred

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
