Description:
SELECTED is working with a leading real estate developer to recruit a Sales Manager to lead sales across a portfolio of luxury residential and mixed-use projects. This is an opportunity to join a highly visible developer at a time of strong launch activity, selling into both a direct HNW client base and a wider broker network across the region.
The successful candidate will bring proven luxury real estate sales experience in the UAE, with a strong personal client book, an established broker network and a track record of delivering against ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary sales across a portfolio of luxury residential and mixed-use developments
- Manage and grow relationships with the in-house high-net-worth client base
- Develop and manage an active broker network across the UAE and the wider region
- Conduct private viewings, sales presentations and project launches
- Negotiate offers, handle objections and progress deals through to completion
- Coordinate with marketing on launch campaigns, events and collateral
- Work closely with sales administration, legal and finance teams on transaction execution
- Provide accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
- Represent the brand at industry events, property exhibitions and client networking opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- 5 plus years of proven sales experience within luxury real estate, ideally with a UAE developer
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets within primary residential sales
- Established personal network of HNW and UHNW clients in the region
- Existing broker network and proven ability to manage broker performance
- RERA certified (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Multilingual ability advantageous (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin or French)
- Polished, client-facing professional with strong commercial instincts
