Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed business targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to maximize sales opportunities.

• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a real estate sales team in Dubai.
