As part of the VPS Healthcare group, LIFE Pharma focuses on the development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality generic medicines that comply with international regulatory standards. The company supplies pharmaceutical products across the UAE, GCC region, Africa, and other international markets, helping improve access to affordable healthcare.

The Sales Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Business Unit Head and assisting with various coordination and administrative responsibilities related to sales and marketing activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coordination and administrative support to the Business Unit Head.
• Organize schedules, arrange meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups on important tasks.
• Assist with internal marketing initiatives and communication between departments.
• Monitor and respond to email communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate data records using Microsoft Excel.
• Support the development of presentations and simple marketing materials using tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic familiarity with Canva and the ability to assist with presentation design.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence.
• Highly organized with strong coordination and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be fluent in English.
