Sales & Marketing Engineer

We are currently hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer (Outside) – Instrumentation to join our team based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field sales activities, client interaction, and business development within the instrumentation sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing outside sales operations, conducting client visits, and promoting instrumentation products and solutions. This position requires a strong technical understanding combined with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting field sales visits to existing and prospective clients
• Promoting instrumentation products and solutions to drive business growth
• Preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Identifying new market opportunities and supporting sales strategies
• Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Maintaining accurate sales reports and follow-up records

Candidate requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in field sales, technical sales, or instrumentation engineering
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation equipment and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to manage sales targets and conduct regular field visits
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
