Sales & Marketing Executive

Description:

WeSource is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join its team in Dubai. The role focuses on driving new business development across the UAE by promoting out-of-home (OOH) advertising and outdoor media solutions to corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, an established network of corporate decision-makers, and the ability to generate new business opportunities. Professionals with experience in advertising, media solutions, real estate, automotive, banking, retail, hospitality, or technology sectors are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the UAE.

• Sell outdoor advertising and OOH media solutions to corporate clients.

• Build relationships with Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Procurement Heads, and senior decision-makers.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.

• Prepare customized sales proposals and commercial offers.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.

• Acquire new corporate clients and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

• Research market trends, identify opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.

• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the UAE.

• Experience selling billboards, outdoor advertising, media space, or similar solutions is preferred.

• Strong existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• UAE driving license and own vehicle will be an advantage.
