Looking for 5+ years of experience in fats and oils industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strategic customer relationships across international markets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular distributor meetings to address gaps, provide training, and monitor sales performance.
- Develop and manage first-tier and second-tier distributors, ensuring market coverage and stable supply.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with clients in the Middle East.
- Drive sales with key accounts to strengthen brand presence and market share.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns; explore new business opportunities via market research.
- Respond swiftly to customer needs and resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility
- Stay updated on market trends to identify suitable fats for manufacturers.
- Qualification:
