Sales & Marketing Manager

Description:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the home furnishings industry, specifically in the GGC markets.

· An existing network/connections within the home furnishings industry.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

· Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the home furnishings sector.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Experience in team management is a plus.

Key responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and market share in the GGC markets.

· Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the home furnishings industry.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.

· Build and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and decision-making.

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
