We’re Hiring: Sales Officer & Sales Manager Professionals (UAE)

An exciting opportunity is now open for experienced sales professionals as we expand our frontline sales operations across the UAE. We are looking for driven and target-oriented individuals who have hands-on experience in POS systems, QR-based payments, and payment gateway solutions, along with a solid understanding of the UAE merchant ecosystem.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about fintech solutions and have the confidence to manage merchant relationships while contributing to business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, integrated payment links, and payment gateway solutions across assigned UAE regions
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing merchants
• Provide after-sales service support, troubleshoot issues, and offer on-site assistance when required
• Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to expanding the regional market presence
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience within the UAE market (mandatory requirement)
• Strong knowledge of POS devices, digital payment solutions, and payment gateways
• Proven track record of closing sales deals and meeting performance targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or other languages (Arabic and additional international languages will be an advantage)
