Experienced Sales Progression Officers / Conveyancers to join our expanding team.

Be responsible for:

• Drafting official documents, such as contracts which include details of the sale or lease
• Checking contracts on behalf of clients
• Working with estate agents, developers
• Keeping official records of payments and contracts
• Working with Land Registry documents and title deeds
• Dealing with transfers

Our requirements:

• Minimum 2 years proven Dubai real estate market experience
• A self-motivated and ambitious real estate professional
• Well established communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent multitasker and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Effective at report-writing
• Attention to detail and maintaining accuracy and compliance within a code of conduct
• Problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license
