Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with new and existing customers, and promoting OrganicNeom Spices’ products in various markets across the UAE. This role requires a deep understanding of the organic food industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities, targeting potential customers in retail, wholesale, and foodservice industries.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with OrganicNeom Spices’ product offerings, ensuring accurate and detailed product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
• Market Expansion: Explore new markets and distribution channels to expand the presence of OrganicNeom Spices in the UAE.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline developments. Provide regular reports to management on sales progress and targets.
• Customer Support: Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Promotions & Events: Coordinate and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to raise brand awareness and drive sales.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the food, organic products, or spices industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on creating mutually beneficial deals.
• Product Knowledge: Passion for organic and sustainable food products, with the ability to articulate the benefits and unique selling points of OrganicNeom Spices.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
