Hiring Sales Representative (FMCG)
United Arab Emirates – Northern Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Develop and improve business of current customers
- Negotiate and follow up for implementation of yearly and Secondary agreements
- Negotiate visibility and presence including shelves space and additional displays
- Coordinate with the merchandisers and follow up for the implementation of all marketing activities in the assigned outlets
- Negotiate with store manager for new listing and launches
- Check damages and near expiry products and take the necessary action as per company policy
- Maintain proper stock level as per customers’ average consumption to avoid any out-of-stock situations
- Monitor, prepare and communicate to management competitor’s activity and prices regularly
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers
- Ensure collection as per company policy and terms
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG in UAE
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and confident
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
