Raya Logistics, a fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding company, is actively seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Representatives to join its team in the Dubai Airport Freezone. This is a full-time opportunity for motivated individuals with a background in logistics and sales who are ready to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships in a competitive market.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base and revenue streams through proactive outreach, market analysis, and exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with the operations team and upper management to identify client needs, customize solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction from lead generation through delivery.

This role demands strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a goal-oriented mindset. Candidates with fluency in Arabic and English are highly preferred. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage, particularly for working with certain supplier networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.

• Promote Raya Logistics' full range of logistics solutions including LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) shipping services.

• Build strong relationships with clients by providing tailored transport solutions and superior service.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up to close deals.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales approaches.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of services.

• Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

• Deep understanding of LCL/FCL shipping procedures and logistics chain workflows.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; Mandarin is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with the UAE logistics market and customer expectations.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

• Goal-driven personality with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
