Sales Representatives

Description:

We are currently hiring 2 Sales Representatives to join our team in Abu Dhabi! If you have experience in sales for construction & equipment-related spare parts and a solid background in the Abu Dhabi market, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month
🔹 Accommodation & Transportation: Provided
🔹 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive sales of construction materials, equipment, and spare parts to existing and potential clients
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction and equipment industries
✔ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research
✔ Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers
✔ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to meet both client needs and company goals
✔ Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues with clients or suppliers
✔ Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports
✔ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and customer requirements

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales related to construction & equipment spare parts
✔ Experience in the Abu Dhabi market and familiarity with local clients and suppliers
✔ Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
✔ Knowledge of construction and equipment spare parts market trends
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
