**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the video production industry.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in Dubai and surrounding regions.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and support.

- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.

- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven sales experience in the video production industry or a related field, preferably in the Dubai market.

- Strong understanding of video production processes and the ability to convey technical concepts to clients.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
