Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Sales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Tele-Marketing Executive will be responsible for handling reception duties and engaging in tele-marketing activities on a daily basis.

 

Qualifications

  • Tele-Sales skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or IT industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

 

  • Have the Skills to connect with Enterprises and SMBs to inform them about a product, edcuate them and engage on projects fixing meetings, assigning to sales team.
  • Respond to queries on the solutions and the services portfolio of offerings of the company.
  • Engage with clients probing their requirements and act as a consultant over the phone to position the right solution.
  • Ensure maintenance of proper records and update customer information in the database.
  • Manage the concerns of the clients and patiently hear and respond to their grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Ability to go the “extra mile” to engage and meet the sales quotas, facilitating sales and revenue generation.
  • Maintain proper records of calls and sales and document helpful information.
  • Engage and coordinate with clients for any seminars or events.
  • Proactively pitch and share marketing materials to potential clients updating new launches and versions of the technology solutions.
  • Create marketing content for the website and the solutions promotions.
