Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Sales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Tele-Marketing Executive will be responsible for handling reception duties and engaging in tele-marketing activities on a daily basis.

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or IT industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Have the Skills to connect with Enterprises and SMBs to inform them about a product, edcuate them and engage on projects fixing meetings, assigning to sales team.
- Respond to queries on the solutions and the services portfolio of offerings of the company.
- Engage with clients probing their requirements and act as a consultant over the phone to position the right solution.
- Ensure maintenance of proper records and update customer information in the database.
- Manage the concerns of the clients and patiently hear and respond to their grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Ability to go the “extra mile” to engage and meet the sales quotas, facilitating sales and revenue generation.
- Maintain proper records of calls and sales and document helpful information.
- Engage and coordinate with clients for any seminars or events.
- Proactively pitch and share marketing materials to potential clients updating new launches and versions of the technology solutions.
- Create marketing content for the website and the solutions promotions.
