As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts and ensuring high levels of customer engagement. Your role will involve managing various sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
Sales Management: Oversee sales activities and ensure that targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Operations Oversight: Manage operations related to sales and ensure that all sales processes are aligned with business objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor your own sales performance, adjust strategies, and ensure that you achieve or surpass sales goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Officer (BDO), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Personality Traits: Self-motivated, independent, and a team player. You must thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
