Description:
The Sales Specialist is a full-time role based in Dubai, with the focus to work outside on the market most of the time. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, presenting Paynet’s payment solutions to prospective clients, and managing a pipeline of leads through to successful closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms within established guidelines. The Sales Specialist will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with internal teams, including IT and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance, updating CRM records, and participating in training and market research to stay current on products, competitors, and industry trends.
