Are you an experienced sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. Candidates must be inside the country (On-Job or Visit Visa).
Key Responsibilities
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions and support
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
• Research and identify potential leads through directories, web searches, and digital resources
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
• Receive, monitor, and report on all sales leads
• Supervise and guide sales representatives and support staff
• Answer customer inquiries and manage follow-up communication
• Work closely with the sales team to successfully close deals
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and metrics
• Ensure sales quotas and targets are achieved
• Support the sales team to consistently meet and exceed goals
Requirements
• 2–3 years of proven UAE Sales Experience
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Own vehicle is required
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
