To develop & lead a team of Sales Executives within the Traditional trade and Wholesale channel and potential HORECA channel into delivering desired sales business plans, sales volume.
- Develops and leads the implementation of the customer’s business plan to achieve target, share and yearly plan.
- Develops strong account penetration to facilitate collaboration, achievement of desired business results and joint work.
- Negotiates and manages customer in central region (payment, logistics, pricing, discounts) to achieve business targets.
- Conducts frequent field visits in order to identify opportunities & achieve desired objectives.
- Communicates internally any event taken by customers/competitors which can have an impact on the business in order to take required action.
- Responsible for the collection – receivables to make sure they are done within the agreed payment terms.
- 4-6 years’ experience in sales
- At least 2 years in supervisor role
- Experience in UAE is a Must
