Sales Support Specialist

 

Description:

The CRM Sales Support Coordinator manages the daily operations and performance of Sales Agents, ensuring successful customer interactions. This role focuses on coaching, upskilling, and developing real estate knowledge for the team to improve their skills in alignment with customer journeys.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and coach Sales Agents, conducting 1- 2- 1s and team meetings.
  • Stay updated on business developments and product lines.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, prioritizing tasks and achieving SLAs.
  • Enforce performance management and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Lead a sales-oriented team to meet targets and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to implement improvements and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with HSE guidelines.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a focus on team management and customer service.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage escalations and handle demanding customers.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track performance.
