About the Role:

As a Lead Owner Officer, you'll be at the heart of our sales enablement and team development strategy. You will manage daily operations, mentor sales agents, and design effective upskilling modules aligned with our customer journey. This position is instrumental in empowering our team to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and coach Sales Agents through regular 1-1s and team meetings.
• Manage daily sales operations, including task prioritization and risk assessments.
• Drive team performance to meet SLAs, retention, and attendance targets.
• Design and implement real estate training modules for Sales Agents.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to deliver business goals and performance culture.
• Monitor industry trends and ensure knowledge is effectively shared with the team.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and performance management processes.
• Escalate operational risks and improvement areas to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a contact center or similar environment, preferably within the Interact industry.
• Background in customer service and team leadership.
