Neos Properties is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join its expanding real estate division in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong foundation in real estate sales and are confident in leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.

The company is looking for a professional who can inspire, guide, and manage a sales team while actively contributing to closing deals and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve business targets

• Develop effective sales strategies and ensure their successful execution

• Motivate and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Oversee property sales processes from lead generation to deal closure

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a real estate company

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage clients and close sales successfully
