Sales Trainer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer with a strong background in the retail industry, particularly in Perfumes, Personal Grooming, Cosmetics, or FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to impart knowledge effectively to sales teams. This role requires someone who can motivate and educate sales personnel, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Training and Development:

• Develop training programs tailored to the specific needs of the Retail sales teams with an in-dept. knowledge & understanding of understand Perfumes & Sales architecture.

• Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources to support training sessions. • Conduct regular training sessions for both new hires and existing sales staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

2. Product Knowledge:

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the product offerings in the Perfumes/Personal Grooming/Cosmetics/FMCG categories.

• Disseminate product knowledge to sales teams, ensuring they can effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.

3. Sales Techniques:

• Teach effective sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, objection handling, and closing strategies.

• Provide practical demonstrations of successful selling methods and coach sales staff on their implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Post Graduation is always prefereable

• Proven experience in retail sales, with a focus on Perfumes, Personal Grooming, Cosmetics, or FMCG products.

• Prior experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar training role is highly preferred.

Should be either located in Dubai or is willing to relocate

• Arabic speaking candidate will be an added advantage
