Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Develop and lead the implementation of scalable and flexible Salesforce architecture solutions that align with business objectives.
- Solution Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and security considerations.
- Integration Management: Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms to create a unified and efficient technological landscape.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance policies and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements to the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including administrators, developers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities and new features.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce architecture, customizations, and integrations.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning components, and Visualforce.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
