We are looking for someone to be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable LWC and Apex code with best practices.
- Take ownership of project work and develop client relationships.
- Attend regular meetings with clients and report progress, collect feedback.
- Prepare technical architecture and design documents.
- Write test classes and fix bugs.
- Follow up with other team members.
Skills And Qualifications
- 5+ years development experience with Salesforce platform and data modeling.
- Act as hands-on primary developer of solutions using key Salesforce core programing languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, Rest APIs).
- Lightning Design System experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community).
- Ability to communicate with customers and provide technical explanations on Salesforce solutions.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Architect).
Kindly note: we are open to someone working remotely (preferably based in India/Pakistan) and the working hours will be 10:30am to 6:30pm IST - Sunday through Thursday
