ECS | Enterprise Change Specialists is a recognized Oracle Gold Partner based in Dubai, specializing in ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives across the Middle East. The company supports organizations in adopting advanced Salesforce solutions to streamline operations and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using modern technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Visualforce, triggers, batch processing, scheduled jobs, and SOQL queries
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and other integration tools
- Work closely with stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver effective technical solutions
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications and user guides
- Manage ongoing support tasks, including resolving tickets, implementing enhancements, and improving system performance
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system adoption
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Practical experience working with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Dev 401 and Admin 201 are required
- Proven experience in system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
