Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through various prospecting methods.
- Reach out to prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure post-sale satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and the sales process.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
