Job Description:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including opening and closing the cash register.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed properly.
  • Support sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience in the UAE (fashion or apparel preferred).
  • Strong customer service, sales, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, handle pressure, and take responsibility during solo shifts.
  • Must have experience in cash/card handling, basic inventory management, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
