Salesperson

Description:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored eyewear recommendations.

You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and promoting the brand through daily customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Build strong relationships and understand customer preferences

Product Knowledge

• Develop a deep understanding of our eyewear collections
• Advise customers on frames, lenses, materials, and UV protection

Sales Excellence

• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
• Assist customers throughout the purchase journey, including fittings and adjustments

Store Maintenance

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Maintain proper product display, pricing, and stock levels

Inventory Management

• Support receiving and managing stock
• Report discrepancies and assist with restocking

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the team to meet targets
• Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment 

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail tools.
• Passion for fashion, eyewear, and retail trends.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
