Description:
Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Salesperson Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by selling media production services and meeting customer needs.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, new services, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Salesperson Requirements:
- A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible work hours.
- Prior 5 years experience in agencies.
- Motivation to work through busy shifts.
- Own a car.
