Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end HR Technology portfolio and strategic roadmap; Lead enterprise HR digital transformation initiatives and governance.
• Manage multiple concurrent delivery programs, agile teams, and vendors
• Drive executive stakeholder engagement with CHRO, CIO, Finance, Procurement, and HR Leadership
• Lead budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, investment approvals, and business cases
• Govern SAP implementation partners, vendors, contracts, KPIs, and SLAs
• Drive AI-powered HR automation, employee experience, and digital innovation initiatives
• Provide delivery leadership across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, Payroll Integrations, and Enterprise HR Platforms

Requirements:

• 8+ years in IT Program, Portfolio, or Delivery Management
• 5+ years managing HR Technology portfolios with minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Completed at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
• Experience managing enterprise HR transformation programs
• Strong expertise in CAPEX, OPEX, budgeting, business cases, and executive governance
• Experience managing SAP implementation partners, RFPs, vendors, contracts, and SLAs
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, CPI, APIs, HR Integrations, and Employee Central
• Exposure to SAP Joule, AI-powered HR solutions, RPA, Chatbots, and Agentic Automation
