Scan Eagle Operator/crew Chief/instructor

Description:

MAG Aerospace is seeking an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Operator/Crew Chief/Instructor for the Scan Eagle platform. In this position, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and performing various training courses; Performing various maintenance tasks; Perform all aspects of flight operations as a member of a flight crew team and developing a strong relationship with various customers. Employee will also be responsible for performing additional duties as assigned.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to :
 

• Safe and effective aircraft operation, payload operation, and all assigned flight crew duties.
• Providing detailed flight planning services.
• Air Vehicle programming, maintenance, and refueling.
• Providing technical briefings.
• Creating, Reviewing, Implementing checklists and other standardized manuals.
• Write test reports and give post-Test and Evaluation presentations to customer and management as required.
• Conducting on-site formal/informal technical training.
• Professional performance with minimal guidance and direction.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
• Evaluate customer requirements and determine operational needs.
