The School Doctor is responsible for providing medical care and promoting the health and well-being of students and staff within the school community. The role includes assessing and treating minor illnesses and injuries, managing medical records, supporting health education initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local health authority regulations. The School Doctor plays a key role in maintaining a safe and healthy school environment in accordance with school policies and governing body requirements.
Please note that this role will be for 3 days of the week only.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Provide medical care and first-line treatment for students and staff experiencing illness or injury during the school day
-Conduct medical assessments and determine when further medical attention or referral to external healthcare providers is required
-Maintain accurate and confidential student medical records and health documentation
-Monitor and manage students with chronic medical conditions, allergies, or special health care needs
-Administer medications to students in accordance with parental consent and school medical policies
-Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care and emergency services when necessary
-Ensure the school clinic is well-stocked, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
-Support health screenings, vaccination programs, and medical examinations as required by local health authorities
-Provide health advice and guidance to staff, students, and parents when necessary
-Promote health awareness and preventative care within the school community
-Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations, safeguarding policies, and governing body requirements
-Prepare medical reports, incident documentation, and health records as required


Qualifications and Experience:
- Attested Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
-Assessment Certificate / Evaluation Letter (MOHAP) / Eligibility Letter (DHA) / License Copy (DOH).
-Valid professional license to practice medicine in the UAE (MOH/DHA/DOH or eligibility)
-Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics, family medicine, or school health services
-Valid First Aid and CPR certification
-Certificate of current status (Good Standing Certificate)
