Description:

Hiring: Scrum Master | Dubai
Experience: 7–10 years
Must Have:
Azure DevOps, CSM/Scrum certification
Hands-on experience working in Agile projects

Additional Skills & Experience:
Banking and Financial Services background preferred
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC
Expertise in Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Strong exposure to project management principles and practices
Proven experience applying Agile patterns and techniques (Burndown charts, Retrospectives, handling bugs, etc.)
Strong background in software design and development
