Scrum Master

Description:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering etc.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred

Proven working experience as a project manager or scrum master in the information technology sector, particularly in managing large-scale finance digital transformation projects, ERP rollouts.

Maintain a strong understanding of the basics of finance and ERP systems.

Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and project management.

Strong knowledge of scrum and agile principles with hands-on experience managing teams as a Scrum Master.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and Agile methodologies.

PMP and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications mandatory.
