Description:
You will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the unique requirements of both real estate and financial trading sectors. Leveraging AI-powered tools, you will optimize technical SEO, content, metadata, and schema markup to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and boost lead generation for both businesses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits and implement improvements using AI SEO platforms (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper, Frase, etc.).
- Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages through AI-enhanced workflows to maximize search visibility.
- Implement and manage structured data/schema markup for real estate listings (property types, locations, prices) and financial services (instruments, regulations).
- Develop and maintain sector-specific SEO strategies aligned with the goals of IST Markets and IST Real Estate.
- Produce SEO performance reports with KPIs including organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and lead conversions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and technical teams to ensure SEO best practices and consistent messaging.
- Maintain and update content calendars and AI-generated outlines to support timely content creation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience specifically in both real estate and financial trading/forex industries.
- Proficiency with AI-powered SEO and content tools such as ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper, Frase, or equivalents.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices: on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and schema markup implementation.
- Proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic in niche B2C sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies tailored for multiple business sectors.
