Secondary And Off-plan Agent

We are looking for dynamic, results-oriented Secondary & Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling both ready-to-move-in properties and off-plan developments, with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads and convert them into successful transactions.

• Manage a portfolio of properties and provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

• Guide clients through the entire property transaction process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and beyond.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders in the Dubai real estate market.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property prices, and competitive offerings.

• Conduct property viewings and virtual tours for clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving concerns promptly.

• Prepare regular reports on sales, leads, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate, specifically in both the secondary and off-plan markets.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, including laws, regulations, and financing options.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
