Secondary Market Sales Manager

 

Description:

You will take full ownership of the Secondary Sales Division, including team performance, listing acquisition, revenue targets, CRM discipline, and operational excellence across the full resale cycle.

Your mission is to build a high performance, structured, accountable secondary department that consistently achieves and exceeds monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Revenue Ownership

• Develop and execute sales strategies focused on ready and resale residential and commercial properties

• Take ownership of monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Oversee the full sales cycle from listing acquisition to MOU and transfer

• Step into high value negotiations to ensure deal closure

• Monitor pipeline health, conversion ratios, and inventory lifecycle

 

Team Leadership and Expansion

• Lead, mentor, and grow the secondary sales team

• Recruit experienced property consultants or build a new team under your leadership

• Set KPIs, daily activity targets, and performance standards

• Conduct regular performance reviews and structured sales meetings

• Create a results driven, high accountability sales culture

 

Listing and Market Strategy

• Implement strong listing acquisition strategies to grow exclusive inventory

• Ensure pricing accuracy and enforce price correction when needed

• Maintain high listing presentation standards across major portals

• Analyze market trends, absorption rates, and buyer behavior

 

Compliance and Operations

• Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD regulations, and proper documentation (Form A, B, F, MOU)

• Enforce strict CRM usage and reporting discipline

• Present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management

 

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate

• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or team leader role within the secondary market

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding resale targets

• Strong understanding of Dubai transfer process and documentation

• Experience managing or structuring teams of property consultants

• RERA certified

• Strong negotiation, leadership, and recruitment skills

• Ability to build community dominance within targeted residential clusters
