Secondary Property Consultant

Description:

We are actively seeking experienced and motivated Secondary Property Consultants who are Specialist in Dubai Hills, & Arabian Ranches, to join our team. This is a commission-only role with upto 70% commission, no hidden fees, no splits, just maximum earning potential for top performers.

What You'll Do:

• Actively list, market, and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Handle buyer and tenant inquiries, conduct viewings, and close deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and clients.
• Advise clients accurately on market conditions, pricing, and procedures.
• Manage negotiations and documentation from offer to final agreement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws and trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales or leasing experience in Dubai or freshers are also welcomed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai property market.
• Energetic, driven, and target-focused personality.
• Ability to work independently while being a part of a team
