Description:
Omarun Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Secondary Real Estate Agent to join our team. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while leveraging our access to leading real estate portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in finding properties that meet their requirements (buying, selling, or renting).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- List and manage properties on major real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder).
- Ensure all property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Provide clients with insights and advice based on market conditions.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Facilitate the closing process, including documentation and handover.
- Build a network of potential clients, landlords, and investors.
- Attend networking events and property exhibitions to generate leads.
- Work closely with senior agents and the management team to achieve collective goals.
- Share market insights and contribute to team strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Proven track record of successful property sales or rentals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
