Secondary Real Estate Agent

We are looking for an experienced Secondary Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Dubai’s resale and ready property market, is client-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of secondary (ready) property listings.
• Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings.
• Advise clients on current market trends, valuations, and legal processes.
• Maintain accurate client and listing records in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and exposure.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate (secondary/ready market preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Presentable, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional.
