Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance performance, develop skills, and ensure continuous growth.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity to ensure targets are being met.

What We're Looking For:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in real estate is a plus.
Enthusiastic and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
