Location: United Arab Emirates

Emirates Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Providing general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 03 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office technologies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
