Description:
Petra Point is currently hiring a Secretary to join its office-based team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrative professional with proven experience in supporting office operations and executive teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage office tasks and handle sensitive information with discretion. The Secretary will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the office.
Organize meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure document accuracy.
Draft and manage professional communications including emails, memos, and reports.
Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide assistance and general administrative support to the management and team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Must be based in Dubai or willing to work from the office.
